Gameplay Rules

1. If a glitch were to arise with our plugins, do not exploit it. If you think something seems off, report it to a staff member.
2. Do not use cheats or hacks via mod or client, including x-ray or radar.
3. Do not landscar by digging up the landscape, building 1x1 towers, underground farms, etc. This includes poor buildings like dirt huts or perfectly square houses with no roof.
4. Do not grief by destroying buildings or other creations, or killing animals belonging to another player.
5. Speak respectfully for one another and on all platforms: forums, server, and discord.
6. No real world politics should be discussed on any of our platforms.

Roleplaying Guidelines

If you're brand new to roleplaying, this guide is a fantastic starting point to see what you're getting into.

• You must be in character at all times. Wherever you are mechanically in Minecraft, you should be considered in character.
• Use an appropriate skin for your character and a medieval fantasy setting. Don't log in wearing a skin like a zombie in a suit.
• Don't powergame. That is to say, we like to see realism in our characters, and being a person who can do just about everything will be seen as overpowered. Give some thoughts to what your characters can or cannot do and adhere to them. Furthermore, you cannot force actions onto another player's character. Give them a chance to respond to your actions and enjoy the ups and downs of winning and sometimes losing.
• Don't metagame. You are in the realm as your character, not as yourself (hearkening back to the first guideline). This means that while we have out of character methods of knowing things about someone else's character or motives, this does not necessarily mean your character knows these things. Enjoy the realm from the point of view of your character.
• Try to use proper grammar. We understand that not everyone speaks English as a native language. If you are putting in the effort and not using emojis or online acronyms like "lol, rofl, XD, wbu," etc. while speaking in character, you should be fine.
• No discrimination in RP. While your character may hold certain feelings about orcs or elves, do not RP prejudices based on sexual orientation or variations in human skin color. Just because these things ran rampant in medieval times does not mean they are welcome on our server. Elves, wizards and orcs belong in our world, and so do you.
• Be creative. We like to see uniqueness and creativity in our realm.
